The present General Conditions (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) regulate the access and use by any person (hereinafter, the “User”) of the pages which comprise the www.acceso.com website domain owned by the Company, as well as all the contents and services included therein.

Access to this website and browsing on it implies prior full acceptance of all each and every one of the General Conditions.

In the case of representation, the User must prove their identity through certified documentation. Furthermore, on the request form the date, user’s signature and accrediting documents for the request, if necessary, must be indicated.

The Company states that it has adopted the appropriate security levels and that, additionally, it has installed all the means and measures in its power to prevent the loss, incorrect use, alteration, unauthorized access and extraction of data, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether these risks come from human action or the physical or natural environment.
