The aforesaid request must include the following data: name and surnames of the User, address for the notifications and a photocopy of the passport or ID card. In the event of representation, it should be proved by legitimate document. Moreover, the petition in which the request is based on, the date, the signature of the User and the supporting documents of the petition formulated must be stated, where appropriate

The User is the person responsible for the update of his/her own data. The Company will not be responsible for its inaccuracy in the event that the User does not communicate the changes that might have taken place (for example, change of e-mail address).
